Arcingtime Nosce ("the app") is a free, open-source health-tracking application. This policy explains how it handles your information. The short version: the app keeps everything on your device and sends nothing anywhere.

What the app stores

The app stores the data you enter into it:

• Health readings you log — for example blood glucose, ketones, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and pulse, weight, height, and urine pH
• Fasting sessions and conditioning ("Askesis") sessions, including times, durations, and any notes you add
• Your app settings, such as which metrics are shown, unit preferences, and theme

All of this is stored in a single database file on the device where you use the app.

What the app does not do

• It does not transmit your data anywhere. The app contains no networking code and makes no network connections.
• There is no account, sign-in, or cloud service.
• It contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting software, and no third-party SDKs of that kind.
• It does not share your data with the developer or with any third party.
• The developer has no access to your data and cannot see it.

Export and sharing

You can export all of your data to a single JSON file from the app's settings, and import it back later. When you export, your device's operating system may offer to send that file through other apps you have installed. Where the file goes after you send it is under your control, not the app's.

Deleting your data

You can erase all logged data from within the app's settings at any time. Uninstalling the app also removes its database from your device. Because the data exists only on your device, deleting it there deletes it completely — there is no server copy to remove.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
