Know your baseline.

A free, open-source health tracker that keeps every home test you run in one place — on hardware you control. No account, no cloud, nothing leaves your device.

Linux, Windows, Android · GPL-3.0 · current release v1.1.0

What it is

The premise is self-knowledge as an early-warning system. A single reading rarely means much; several drifting the wrong way at once, caught early, is something you can act on. Years of your own consistent numbers build a feel for your baseline that an annual checkup can't.

Nosce makes no diagnoses and isn't trying to replace a doctor — it's a place to keep the record and read each result in context.

  • On your device only — one local SQLite file; the developer can't see it
  • Fully offline — no networking code, no account, no sign-in
  • Yours to move — back up and restore as one JSON file
  • No analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs
  • Open source — GPL-3.0. No Apple platforms, by design
